Rex has not returned calls, emails or anything for that matter. Avoid him and GEICO, go with a real insurance company that cares. I have yet to get an answer from GEICO or Rex as to the police report, and witness statements from my accident one month ago. It is sad that this man and company is so incompetent at their job.
