Today, with customer service almost non-existent, Mr. Tuggle and his staff greatly exceeded my expectations! When calling this Farm Bureau office, the telephones are promptly answered by a pleasant staff member - not an answering machine with a long menu of options, and long hold times. The outstanding customer service I received from Mr. Tuggle and his staff exhibited a very high-level of professionalism, honesty and integrity. If you are in the market for a quote, or in need of obtaining a new policy please do not overlook this business. Anonymous - A new policy holder
