I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to signing up for an auto and renters policy with Dawn Grant's team. I worked with Leslye Rendon to set up my new policy and informed her I would be moving out of state in a couple months- I asked if that would be a problem starting a new policy that day and she said it wouldn't so I signed up right away. 2 months later when I email her to make sure my new address is listed on my policy I don't hear anything back. A month later after logging into my Geico account and seeing the old address still listed I emailed again and ended up just calling the Geico customer service number on their website. I find out that my policy is not able to transfer to another state and I have to sign up for a brand new policy. All very frustrating as I had asked questions in advance. Had I known service would be so terrible and that I would be scammed into signing up I would have just called Geico corporate directly. At the end of the day- great prices but poor service which is vital when it comes to insurance. I do not recommend this office or their services to anyone.
