We have been dealing with a busted water line issue since March 14th 2021,,a few days after that , a claim was made and we were assigned an adjuster. He has spoken with my wife one time via email. Will not return phone calls or any other emails. Adjuster had our situation farmed out to another adjuster, however, nothing can be done until our original adjuster ok's it. He wants US to get all the quotes, not him. By the way, his name is Shane Turner , Field Claim Rep, 800-532-3786 ext 57807 300-0133199-2021 Our next option is to contact the local media there in Charlotte NC
