I have had two horrible experiences with State Farm Mutual Insurance Company. One about eight years ago when a tree fell on my home. Their customer service and claim process has a lot to be desired. It took several years to get it a simple claim processed and a call to upper management. Just had an auto claim and am stil right in the middle of once again their horrible claim process. There is absolutely no communication unless you call them. Never again. Do no use State Farm!
